Riverfront Deluxe Cabin: Rates

Sit on your screened porch close enough to appreciate the sounds and beauty of the scenic Valley River.

Inside you can still enjoy the river view while cooking or lounging in the living area !

Riverfront has bedroom downstairs with queen size bed.

Riverfront Lodge offers padded carpeted sleeping loft and queen size sleeper sofa.

(Sleeping lofts do not include bedding. Sleeping bags or air mattress are recommended.)

Riverview Deluxe Cabins: 1 & 2 RATES

Be refreshed as you sit on your fully shaded screened porch.

Cozy living space features fireplace and full-size sleeper sofa.

Riverview 1 and 2 kitchens -- Full size refrigerator and stove, plus microwave. Upstairs loft is padded and carpeted for additional sleeping space.

Riverview 1 and 2 bedroom has comfy queen size bed.

Bright interior offers plenty of living space. Includes a queen size sleeper sofa bed.

Pets are permitted upon approval by management. Please give information while making reservation.

DELUXE CABIN GUIDELINES:

ALL Deluxe Cabins : REQUIRE 2 NIGHT MINUMUM STAY.
Linens will be provided for a $15.00 fee.
Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults, 2 children. Any additional persons will be charged as follows: under 5 years of age is free, any addition people registered at check-in are $3 each per day. ADDITIONAL PERSONS MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM MANAGEMENT.

CHECKOUT 12:00 PM
RESERVATIONS- strongly suggested. All reservations will require a minimum of one nights deposit. The deposit will be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation or may be paid by check. All checks must be received within seven days of reservation, or said reservation will automatically be cancelled.
A 14 day notice is required to receive a refund (less a $10 cancellation fee). A 21 day notice is needed for holidays and special events.
We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedule, or other situations; therefore, our cancellation policy is enforced regardless of circumstance.
All deposits and reservations are non-transferable.
Holiday reservations require a three (3) night minimum stay.
NO SHOWS-will be charged full amount of reservation.
We reserve the right to charge for damages incurred during your stay.

For those who want to rough it but don't want to sleep in a tent, we offer two primitive cabins. Consists of sleeping loft and two sleeping areas that will need a sleeping bag. Sleeps 4-6
